We all have those moments that make us cringe later when we think about them. You just have to learn to accept that things happen and let them go. What helped me to accept this is talking to my friends and family and realizing that we all experience the same feelings and fears. Things will get better. Accept every part of you, the good and the bad. There are some things that I wish I could change but I know I’m not going to because I am who I am so I have to love the good and the bad.
