Men are masters at delegating and getting others to do things for them. Women take it all on and flounder, giving 80% here and 75% there because it is impossible to do everything at the level of 100% on your own. Men don’t have to. They give 100% to whatever they choose to and appear to have their shit together whereas women have so many balls to juggle we are bound to drop something at some point. Not fair, I know.
