I have a friend that has never had a problem falling asleep because he makes sure he is mentally and physically exhausted at the end of each day. He’s not one to watch some tv before bedtime or mindlessly surf the web. He stays active from the moment he wakes up. There is always something productive to do that can improve your life. Even if it’s just giving your home one more dusting before bed. I think we have problems sleeping today because we waste so much time doing nothing. Then we can not sleep because we didn’t do the things we should have done, so now we’re anxious and we didn’t exert any meaningful physical energy so therefore we have trouble sleeping.
