I agree, to have a positive outlook on life does not mean you have to be happy and cheerful all the time. Sometimes, forcing that happy rainbow and unicorns attitude can become stressful and exhausting. If bad things happen it is okay to feel bad. You are right, frustration, negativity, and all those not so warm and fuzzy feelings can be the fuel we need to take the next step.
