Good people do bad things but everyone accused of a crime should have the opportunity to prove their innocence. Why does it seem people want to throw “innocent until proven guilty” out the window when the crime is sexual assault?

I have known someone who admittedly lied and ruined a man’s career, in fact several men and she has gone on to pursue her life happily while leaving theirs in ruins. Not every accuser is telling the truth.

I don’t know if Biden is innocent. I don’t know if his accuser is telling the truth. The accuser at least deserves to have her allegations taken seriously and thoroughly investigated.
