From some of these comments it seems like being a landlord is a nightmare. Seems like people are ungrateful for the opportunity to have shelter that is well maintained and feel that the landlord should suck up all the costs and headaches. I can not understand why people feel that landlords should get screwed just because their property is an investment. I don’t get it.
