Finally someone gets it. I would not want the government to regulate my housing. It's not all sunshine as roses. The people that receive government assistance for housing now have to jump through hoops and follow many rules. I like my freedom to live where I want and how I want to.

Look at the areas that provide large amounts of social programs and public assistance, they are not places I would like to live. Do we want more of that nation wide?
