This time last year I was not feeling well. I wasn’t feeling well for a quite a few months actually. It was scary. This year my health is great. I am so grateful for waking up and being able to enjoy life. I can enjoy my food, exercising, working, and playing with my kids. When your health is at risk nothing else matters.
